I believe the site was oscusers.com. Unique in that it’s the only website I’ve flipped twice. Thanks for reminding me of it, I’ll mention it in a Sitepoint article I’m writing.

PS: Sadly, looks like some spammers eventually got ahold of the domain. The history of the site is that it was the only support forum for OScommerce. When OScommerce opened their own forum, the site died very quickly.
