Another piece of advice: don't roll with link greedy webmasters or blogmasters. You know, the type that emails you 3 times within 10 minutes to ask "is my link up yet, I have to take yours down if not". Most of them are over-optimizers and likely to get themselves banned. Use common sense when determining who is good to blogroll with and if you don't have a good feeling about the owner of the blog, don't do it!
