My brother has attained one of these loans and seemingly had no problem with ascertaining it or negotioating, yes you can negotiate, the terms of the note. Moreover, from the moment he got it, he has had excellent service from his lender and they are asking him occassionally if he knows of others that may need one also. So they are not that hard to get once you get hooked up with the right lender who promotes good business practices.
