Am I being sued, or is he suing a newsgroup?

This is very interesting, to say the least. It’s been four or five years since I’ve really been active on rec.collecting.coins but I do run an industry leading coin forum I don’t know what they’re playing at, by naming me in that suit. My first reaction is this is a SLAPP. I have little experience with law suits, but stand firm in my convictions.
